Research Consultant (Japanese) – Forest 500

Global Canopy is seeking researchers for a few days to two months to provide research support to an innovative project on the drivers of tropical deforestation, Forest 500. Researchers will work collaboratively as part of a small team to assess the commodity policies and transparency of companies and financial institutions. Successful candidates will assist in the identification and analysis of relevant information, while performing a translation role within the team.

Researchers must be fluent in English and Japanese. Applicants should be able to complete the work between now and December 2018 at the Global Canopy office in Oxford and must be legally allowed to work in the UK.
