Lisa has spent 15 years working in the environmental field, focused on sustainable finance and responsible investment. An early stint as an energy analyst in London sparked her interest in climate change and renewable energy, and led her to pursue a Master’s in Environmental Technology at Imperial College, London. Since leaving the UK for Switzerland, she has spent most of her career with UNEP.

Lisa first led the climate change program at the Geneva-based UNEP Finance Initiative, and then later oversaw the Portfolio Decarbonization Coalition, one of the most successful private sector initiatives at COP 21 in Paris. She has also worked on various project for the World Wildlife Fund in Canada, specifically looking at the risks posed by investment in the Canadian oil sands.

She speaks English, French, German and Croatian. Lisa lives with her husband and two children in France, just outside Geneva.
