Pei Chi Wong

Pei Chi Wong joined Global Canopy in October 2022 as a Senior Research Associate, focusing on driving guidance for the Deforestation-Free Finance initiative. She now leads on Global Canopy’s Finance Sector Guidance.

Prior to Global Canopy, she spent 14 years in risk management and corporate treasury roles in the banking sector in Singapore. Pei Chi was also active in home-grown civil society movements for gender equality and climate action. She holds a BSc in Economics from UCL and an MA in Ecology, Culture and Society from Goldsmiths, University of London.
