Greta Salvi

Greta Salvi is a results-driven sustainability and impact expert with over 15 years of experience in social innovation, philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and innovative finance. She lived in Spain for seven years, where she earned a
Master’s degree in Sustainability at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and began her journey into socio-environmental causes. A solo trip through Asia before returning to Brazil deeply influenced her perspective on people, cultures,
and systems change.

Greta has led and supported initiatives across Brazil and Latin America, working with organizations such as the Barcelona Urban Ecology Agency, Sistema B, Fundação Tide Setubal, and Latimpacto. She combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and brings strong technical expertise and a unique ability to connect and engage diverse stakeholders: from grassroots initiatives to C-level executives. Her work is grounded in cross-sector collaboration, openness to
innovation, and effective communication.

Currently, she serves as Key Expert for Brazil at the Delegation of the European Union and teaches executive education courses on green finance and ESG at Insper and FGV, in São Paulo. Greta is also a fellow of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders Network.
